Leak Stopper Rubberized Roof Repair

Leak Stopper Rubberized Roof Repair is a long-lasting rubberized roof patching and repair product formulated to stop roof leaks instantly. It is designed to penetrate damaged areas and create a strong, flexible, watertight bond.

This high-performance plastic cement uses Penetrex penetrating oil and liquid rubber to reach deep into cracks and help seal problem leaks. It is suitable for exterior roof repair applications where flexible, fiber-reinforced protection is needed.

For best results, apply the material with a trowel over the damaged roof area and reinforce the repair with Gardner reinforcing fabric. Embed the fabric into the first layer, then apply a second layer over the top to create a stronger repair.

Application Notes

• Surface must be clean and free of surface rust and loose material before application.
• Use a trowel to spread across the damaged roof surface.
• Embed reinforcing fabric after the first layer and apply a second layer over the fabric.
• Apply approximately 1/8 in. to 1/2 in. thick and extend 2–3 inches beyond the problem area.
• Do not thin or expose to direct heat or flames.
• Do not use on EPDM, TPO, PVC, single-ply, rubber, or synthetic roof surfaces.
• Test a small area first if compatibility is uncertain.
