Gardner Flat Roof Coat-N-Seal is a 100% silicone roof coating designed for flat roofs, low-slope roofs, and areas where ponding water may occur.

This high-solids, low-odor formula sets quickly, resists cracking, and can be applied across a wide temperature range. It is suitable for substrates such as metal, aged modified bitumen, built-up roofing, concrete, tile, aged TPO and EPDM, and existing acrylic, asphalt emulsion, and aluminum coatings.
