Leak Stopper Rubber Flexx Sealant Spray – White is a white spray-applied coating designed to create a flexible seal against the elements. It helps stop leaks, seal problem areas, and protect exterior surfaces from water intrusion.

This easy-to-use aerosol sealant is crack resistant and won’t peel when properly applied. It is suitable for roof and exterior repair areas such as roofs, chimneys, skylights, gutters, pipes, and similar surfaces.

Rubber Flexx Sealant Spray also helps protect against rust and corrosion. It dries to the touch in approximately 10 minutes, with handling or full cure time taking up to 4–6 hours under normal conditions.

Application Notes

• Surface must be clean and dry before application.
• Protect surrounding areas from spray mist.
• For best results, use when the can is between 50°F and 90°F.
• Shake can for at least one minute after the rattle is heard.
• Spray with steady, even strokes from approximately 2 to 10 inches away.
• Multiple coats may be applied, allowing 20–30 minutes between coats.
• For exterior use only.
• Do not use in drinking water or food systems.
• Do not use on EPDM, Hypalon, PVC, single-ply, or synthetic roof surfaces.
• Test a small section first if compatibility is uncertain.
