This value-engineered 100% acrylic water-based coating is designed for high-volume remediation and restoration projects. It provides a flexible, permeable finish and can be used on wood, plaster, wallboard, sheetrock, concrete, masonry block, primed metal, and galvanized metal.

IAQ 6200EZ is suitable for new structural materials during building construction and is commonly used as part of a clean-kill-coat process in wall cavities, attics, crawl spaces, and other unfinished restoration areas.
